Any craves that your body is inspiring you with?

If you don't feel nauseous of course...

I have been craving the teeny tiny smoked oysters. I don't now why but I THINK it's the B12 and iron. Just odd... and pretty yummy.

Um, I was craving a Big Mac earlier, but I haven't eaten meat in a decade. I am guessing I need more protein.

Cheap, open the box, dump on the cookie sheet, bake till warm...fish sticks.

I wonder what my body is needing? Omega 3s? I don't really even know what is IN those things...

FYI:
I am now taking Milk Thistle 175 mg 3x daily to thwart the morning sickness (on the verge of hyperemesis). Yes. It really is that bad.

White rice, in anything really. I'm really liking Chicken & Rice soup these days with the MS I'm having.

With my first, it was noodles.

Protein of any kind... but cheese and scrambled eggs (not together) seem to be the foods of the week.

Today soup. I had french onion and butternut squash. This morning I was sick for the fist time. Ugh.

Chocolate milk and bleached white flour products- like dinner rolls! So bad!

If you crave sugar, your body typically needs more protein.

Early on, I was craving Vienna sausages! This morning, I had pretzels that I dipped in my cherry yogurt. Magical.....

I HAD to have onion rings tonight! Don't know what my body was needing there!

I wanted to eat the whole bag and was trying to figure out a way to give myself more and DH less without it looking so uneven, LOL

I didn't like the steak though...it tasted yucky.

I've been back and forth. Some days NOTHING has seemed appetizing, and other days I've been fine. For a few days I could only eat burritos Sweets have not been appealing, which I also found with my DS (but with him, I did not have such strong aversions, and barely any nausea, whereas I'm only 5 weeks and already having both this time!) I think in general I've been wanting things like veggie burgers and french fries, or burritos and Mexican in general

but blech, typing this out is making me feel so queasy...it's been much worse in the evenings for some reason!

today I MADE my DH take me to olive garden and got alfredo dip for the breadsticks...yeah, barfed that halfway through the meal

And I almost cried that never ending pasta bowl deal was over.

I'm am having huge cravings, like tonight I called 3 friends to see if someone would bring me a caramel apple cider from starbucks (my DH is at work with our car). DH said he liked it better when I was on a diet (WW) because it cost him less money

I usually eat sooo healthy but I have eating noting but junk this week! ick! This happened last time too, I can't even LOOK at a vegetable without feeling sick to my stomach.... (and I'm a vegetarian!!)

I have been nuts for ... Taco Bell soft tacos with sour cream!! Had 3 in the past 2 days.

For some reason, salty/cheesy stuff sounds appealing ... like Doritos, Cheetoes, etc

I'm in the same boat .... although I had green beans for lunch .. country style .. YUM!!

Everyday, I've been hitting SOME sort of fast food ...Dairy Queen for breakfast ... biscuits and gravy, sausage biscuits, and of course, Blizzards; Taco Bell for my soft tacos; doughnuts from the doughnut shop this AM ...

Now .. ya'll are making me hungry!!

Salt. Mostly fruit like pinapple and oranges sprinkled with salt. This morning I made a pitcher of peach lassi and added some salt to it. It was great, though DH would disagree.

Hey, I've herd that when you crave sweets you need more calcium

Anyway, I mostly want carbs or fat, almost no desire for anything sweet but some fresh fruit. I really want like cheese or avocado on everything. Today I wanted chili all day, when I did finally have it for dinner, it didn't feel all that great in my tummy (it was the Amy's spicy veggie chili) and then dh brought home some candy, I ate a little just because it was there, how aweful. I was even think about how I didn't want it while I at it! Bad habits!

With ds I always craved avocado sandwiches or "fakin bacon' veggie BLTs! And TONS of fruit!
