I got the call from my RE's office about my second beta.
On Tuesday, hCG was 105 - progesterone was 20
Today, 72 hours later, hCG was only 144.7 and progesterone was 24.5
So my hCG didn't even come close to doubling. This can't be a good thing. The doctor who left the message was not my doctor and didn't say anything about this being good or bad, just to come back in on Monday for another beta and to continue my meds.
I don't feel good about this at all. I think a miscarriage is in my near future

Well I had my 3rd beta today and my hCG is still rising! It still didn't double but increased from 144 to 252...a jump more than twice that of my 2nd beta from the first. It increased more than 60% (I think...not much of a math wiz here
. That's usually acceptable and ok.
I have another beta on Wednesday as well as my first u/s. Yikes!
After all of this infertility nonsense and feeling like a science experiment, I can't wait for my natural birth with NO meds!!! So done with that!!!
