I feel pressure on my bladder, etc, but this past appt. and the week before, the baby is still high up but head down. What can I do to encourage him to settle down into position?

Maybe sitting on a birth ball helps? I've been alternating between the birth ball and the couch. I don't know if she's engaged or not but sometimes when I sit on the couch it feels like she's pushing her head directly into my cervix.
