ACK-Anybody else with a cold/sinus infection?

Looking for suggestions since I sound like darth vadar and cannot breathe and have gone through all of my underwear from peeing when I cough. I would have trouble breathing at this point anyway but to add this bug (going on 9 days) and it is really wearing me down. I have tried a vaporizer and tea tree oil and sudafed, shower, drinking lots of water, tea.

Miso broth, fresh ginger and a couple of packsof Emergen-C !

netti pot (w/ saline solution) and there is a liquid zinc additive (frequently found on the shelf next to the netti pots at the health food store) you can add to the mix which will help boost immune functioning. For infections, add 1/4 tsp goldenseal powder to the solution (let it steep a little like a tea) as this will help kill off infection. (goldenseal can induce a miscarriage, so it shouldn't be taken internally in early pregnancy (prior to 30 weeks, i believe), but used as a netti 'tea' in the sinuses is okay.)
