mamas...we arrived in OREGON!!!

i don't see my post that i wrote from oregon telling you we are here. or maybe i wrote it in some other related post...

anyway i just wanted to re-post in case it didn't go thru or something... i DID it! we are here in bend and safe and sound...even woke up to snow this morning...its so beautiful. we are at the foot of a mountain. mama got (rented) us a beautiful little condo on the first floor in her same resort. it is sooo cute. already furnished...gonna have to give away or sell a LOT of the stuff we have in the back of that uhaul truck...lol not much room in this cute little new 'home' of ours!

i'm now apparently 35.5 weeks pg. megh has my mom, her boyfriend and his 2 sons who are the sweetest polite boys...they are 9 and 14. well i am going to go get ready to head over to my mom's...maybe there will be some breakfast waiting... i'm so glad to be here... i slept horribly last night but that is to be expected in a new place, being so pg and uncomfortable plus all i've just gone thru/am going thru. mom wants me to file for child support with tom. i don't get it w/ meghs' bio father...i don't want anything to do with him. i don't want it with tom either but at least he is in MN and i don't think he's vindictive like jason was/is (meghs' bio father) about kids he helps create and the moms in the picture. NOT gonna play that game. i couldn't hang with that...anyway...more soon mamas. i'm so proud of myself. and megh is happy too.

I wondered where in OR you were going! I love Bend - so pretty. Take Megh to the High Desert Museum when you get a chance! They have lots of animals and exhibits... enjoy the snow and the scenery and feel peaceful. Congratulations on arriving and starting your new life!

erica, yes the high desert museum is nice...and the childrens museum here is fun too...soooo much to do. this is so much better for megh shea and i. MN sucked.

Talk to a good, female Family Law lawyer about custody and support before you file anything. Sometimes when you file, you are inviting all kinds of laws and interferance into your life. A judge could order you to do something you're not comfortable with.
