I kept my mouth shut but ooooooooooh.

Don't worry, she has a copy of Henci Goer's book, she's intelligent and I'm sure she'll read it. Also, she's going to an excellent hospital with wonderful nurses.

But interesting - this misconception is because she's Swedish and in Sweden apparently you see the midwives for pregnancy and a doctor for the birth, so she wanted continuity of care, and to her a midwife can't give you that.

Then anticipate "real" problems/issues.

LOL, like her baby being "far too big to birth vaginally" or "well, I just wasn't progressing".
