I have a Liam too, so I quite like that name! Congratulations on your new baby boy and kudos to you for listening to your gut. I always rather felt that fear was a panicky feeling, but instincts are so quiet that they are loud...if that makes any sense :

Proud of you!

Wow!! I am really proud of you, what great intuition! I would have done the same thing. I think your story goes to show two things:

(1) more validity for the safety of UC - if we are in-tune to hear when there is a real reason for medical assistance = no sudden accidents

(2) fear vs. sound judgment. I think if we're ever doing something in haste, or with adrenaline, or lack of Love, we need to stop and think rationally before going any further.
