Performance:
there is a vast amount of material to work with which at first is exciting, but then when tryin to accomplish everything that is needed it becomes overwhelming. for a person who's only task was to accomplish the reading of the intensive teacher's manuals and putting together a complete curriculum from a vast amount and variety of material and NOTHING else. then this would be the way to go.directions were not clearly laid out and after reading alot of the material my head was spinning.: i loved the multi-cultural stories and movement.

this is a very complex homeschool curriculum to work with in that it takes such a vast amount of teacher preperation. i would strongly warn parents with more than one child working with this curriculum in different grades that your life will be completely devoted to doing this curriculum.

I bought the kindy package in 2008 and last year, I bought the 1st Grade package. For the price, you have large amount of matierial that is very freeing to choose what you want to use.

There is much improvement since 2007. Enki now includes a Start-Up Booklet, to help you naviagate through the materials quicker as you slowly incorporate what you want into your family homaschool life. Each family will use the material alittle differently. They also provide plenty of DVDs to show you how to implement the materials. There is also a NEW DVD to complement the Start-Up Booklet, on how to implement the materials.

ALSO, there are sample schedules now being provided with the Enki curriculum.

Quality:
The stories and movements are high quality material for the price.

Customer Service/Communication:
There is a YaHOO Group site to help you implement the Enki curriculum. Also, Beth Sutton (the owner) has monthly calls for any questions you may have about using the materials AND any home life questions such as behavior problems with kids or how do I realistically implement everything or anything else in the home life.

Also, with the FIRST purchase of a FULL curriculum, Enki gives a free consult about incorporating the Enki into your lives.

Overall, I feel very supported while implementing Enki into our lives!

With the new additions to the Enki curriculum: Start-Up Booklets, Start-Up DVDs, sample schedules and all the support you get (monthly phone calls and Yahoo Group) for the price of the curriculum, this is well worth the money.
