So...got up this morning and started having some contractions. Pretty mild, and very irregular...as close as 10 min apart or sometimes just one in an hour. I also happened to have an OB appointment this morning.

Turns out I'm 3cm, 80% effaced, 0 station. The doctor asked if I wanted her to strip my membranes and I said okay (OUCH!). She said "see you tonight!"

Hmm...well, it's tonight, and I'm still having contractions, but they haven't intensified or gotten closer together. Guess I'll just have to see what happens. It will suck to have to go to work tomorrow after all this build up!

Ideally I'd like to sleep well and then wake up and have a bunch of contractions so I'm ready for the big event tomorrow. Anyone want to place any bets on when it's going to happen?

I'm going to say that sometime around Midnight you'll wake up and be in labor. So go to bed early!

Hmm... It's morning. I hope you're doing well : either holding your sweet babe, having a great labor, or resting up for the big event.

Still pregnant...I didn't have a single contraction all night. I've had a few this morning...still the mild, irregular, BH type, not getting more intense or closer together. Darn.

I had no idea how frustrating this would be...I'm feeling the pain of the prodromal mamas out there.

Maybe this weekend...keep sending me good contracting vibes!
