Uh, oh, I just woke up and my water was breaking. What a mess. I don't think I can go to bed. It is all wet. No ctx yet, I am alittle scared because with ds my water broke in active labor, so I don't know what to expect. I will call my mw around 6, that is when she usually gets up, so she is a ll rested. Sent dh back to bed. My mom was here for 2 weeks and will leave for Germany this afternoon and we always joke, anytime baby, just don't come Friday. She will leave at 7.30 tonight, so I hope she will see the babe. This is very important to me. Oh my, I am super emotional right now. Any idea how to bring on ctx?? I guess I am going to have a baby super soon. I am 37 weeks and a day....

Woohooo, tell your mom she can stay and I'll go to Germany for her, that strikes me as the best idea

It looks like ctx have started..YEah!! They are 5 min apart and i haven't even walked yet. They are very strong already. I will go for a walk once the sun comes up ( we are on the west coast).
I have my birth beads on and my candle lit (Thank you, Monica).
I am all alone right now, everybody is asleep (except for our two dogs and four cats), the birds outside are waking up. It is very nice and peaceful right now.
Thank you for thinking of me. I feel very supported!!

congrats!!!! I had my water break a bit before labor started w/ one of my girls and my water broke on my last one when I was fully dialated so I have no CLUE what to expect this time around LOL. Hope you are holding your baby very soon!


Oh, and I'll admit I'm a bit envious LOL.. sounds like we are due right at the same time
