AH! Another newbie to the forum (I've been checking in a lot, just mostly : lurking). But I'm still here with you. I'm due this sunday, the 28th, and I'm hoping I can hang on until Monday when my doula gets back in town. I may be the only one hoping to go past my due date.

I'm still here, too. Six days passed my edd. Feeling good-just a little concerned if I go too long my mw won't deliver me at home. Suggestions?

Unassisted? That's what I'm doing. (I've been unassisted since 32 wks.) I can't handle the looming stress of having to go into labor on my own by x-date or my mw won't assist or the docs will want to speed things up. I don't do well with that.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. Thanks, ladies! Sorry some of you are past your edd. I shouldn't be so anxious, I guess. The only thing I got going for me is Isaac is at 0 station. My cervix as of Tuesday is still posterior. My MW couldn't get her fingers up high enough to feel it! I'm not even really having any BHC either (though I had some pretty strong ones last Fri.) I hope I don't go to far past my due date, 'cuz my mom's coming into town and will only be able to stay for a couple weeks.

i'm here with you to and my edd was oct 12th. i have been posting in a thread i started over in "i'm pregnant" about all the drama i have been going through with my midwifes.

Still here too! I really want to have the baby this weekend. My edd is Oct 28.

Found out yesterday I'm 3cm dilated, 80% effaced, & 0 station...so hopefully it will happen SOON.

I'm still here too! I'm due on the 30th, but I've been having a lot contractions, esp. at night. Of course, they just taper off but I'm hoping something is getting accomplished. I didn't have a cervix check at my last appt. so I have no idea what's going on (and I like it that way).

Is nausea a sign? I don't remember getting sick with my first two, but my stomach ahs been really off the past day or so, and I have a lot more energy. I'm nesting like crazy today. I'm forcing everyone to help me clean up and organize the downstairs.

I haven't had ANY cervical checks, so I have no idea what my cervix is doing. It makes me less anxious. And I don't really have BH's, just little ones (30s or less). So I'm right there with you.

Still here, EDD today!! Had a midwife appointment and asked her to check my cervix, since I still can't reach it... Seems I'm 3 cm and about 50% effaced. I asked since I might start the cohosh's on Monday... Wanted to do that today, but my midwife just attended a 24h birth and doesn't feel up to another one this afternoon, and DH is leaving tomorrow morning for the weekend for work...

One way or another, in a couple of weeks, we'll all have our babies in our arms

And another one still here. EDD Monday, Oct 29th. Really hoping she comes this weekend, though. Been having mild contractions and I think I sprung a leak last night. But, still no baby.

I'm still here, too! : That smiley really sums up how I'm feeling today!

My EDD is Oct. 18. My babies love to bake until they are extremely well-done. If I make it to 42 weeks, I'll be induced, which will stink a little, but I am coming to terms with it, and feel ok. My midwife offered me a gentle induction with minimal pitocin that can be removed as soon as I'm rolling along. I trust her completely, and under the circumstances, it doesn't sound like a terrible scenario, should I get to 42 weeks. It'll be my decision, of course.

We'll all have these lovely little babies soon, even though each day can feel like an eternity when you're at the culmination.
