acupuncture and chiro

So I hit the chiro 3x a week when trying to get my daughter to flip. Now that she is heads down, I have not been back.

I am lucky that my chiro also does acupuncture! And she is the next building over from my office. So I had thought about acupuncture closer to delivery, but when I looked around (before I realized my chiro did it) it was so expensive.

Turns out that if I have my chiro do it along with an adjustment, it is $15! So insurance covers all but like $20 of my adjustments, then $15 for the acupuncture.

How bout that! I scheduled for Monday.

Really? that's awesome. I'll have to check out my plan--chiro is covered, but acupuncture isn't. I know there's a chiropractor around here who also practices acupuncture, so this might be just what I need...
