PayPal Problem: WWYD?

Ok here's the problem.
I have to withdraw money from my PP act to pay a bill in a week or so--always do it early so it has time to deposit in the bank act. BUT there's no Withdraw tab in "My Account" where there always has been and where even the PP help says there should be. I haven't gotten any emails from them to explain a possible reason why I can't withdraw. Their contact form also doesn't work. And I need the money in there! WWYD? I have no other PP contact info... They always point people to the form, which now points to a merchant services page that I don't have (and never did have) login info for. I'm extremely PO'd, annoyed, and worried. Any suggestions?

What's that link you posted? I noticed it's a picture link, but I can't see pictures. I can only read text, b/c I use screen-reading software that can see as well as I can--not at all! Would appreciate the info as text. Thanks!

You can call them on the phone. I had to do it once, and I did eventually get to talk to a real person, although I had to wait awhile. Hopefully they would be able to help you.

The picture she linked to just showed the top of the paypal screen with the withdraw link circled. In the picture it's right next to the 'add funds' link.

I just checked my paypal account, and I still have the withdraw link there. It's right under 'my account' and then it's first 'overview', then 'add funds' and then 'withdraw'.

But I'm not sure that is the problem you are having. Have the options just dissapeared for you? If so, I would call.

I noticed that they redesigned their pages.

When I logged into my acount the very first tab was My Account.

Options across that tab are: Overview, Add Funds, Withdraw, History, Resolution Center, and Profile.

When I move my mouse over the Withdraw link on the My Account tab it gives me these links: Transfer to Bank Account, Request a Check, and Use Debit Card.

When I click on the Transfer to Bank Account link under "Withdraw" it takes me to a page that permits me to Withdraw Funds by Electronic Transfer.

Does your screen look at all similar to what I described?

I've got the same links at the top that Kari has. I've also got a PP debit card to make getting money out of that account easier. I usually only use it for work things though so when I need to go buy thread that I'm out of waiting a week to get the money transferred could result in an upset customer.

Thanks, you beat me to it and yes PP has redesigned their pages! I am wondering though if MrsKennedy is having a different issue though...

MrsK, you said you can't see images with your browser is it possible that PP changed their tabs to images that you can't see and that's why it looks like they disappeared??

Do you have a credit card or debit card attached to it that may have expired? If you have either on there double check the expiry date you have in PP.

Update

Ok... That was really weird... I usually use Internet Explorer and could find the links just as you described. But not anymore. So I tried firefox, just on the off chance that it might work. And fortunately, it did. I still don't know what's up with my IE, but at least something works.
Thanks for your help, ladies!
