ok, i did read the other thread here, "boycotting" ER. but there have to be others of you who do still watch, despite their attempts to wring mamas dry emotionally...
so what did you think of that episode?
remind anyone else of Breakfast Club!!
and how much (more) do you love luka now that he said his wife was his first sexual experience, on their wedding night nontheless.
and i am so so so glad that carter and susan decided that there was nothing there.
who is he gonna hook up with next? abbey again or the other Dr (why can't i remember her name now??)
was this a "get-to-know-the-other-characters-because-Greene-is-leaving thing??
and the fencing, how funny was that?!!?

Well I will admit it, I still do watch.
I loved last weeks episode! I love when they story lines are more personal as opposed to the far fetched melodramas they sometimes run with!
I cannot stand Carter though, he acts like he has a stick up his ass.
But Luca, oh Luca. He's so yummy. And when he said he was a virgin when he got married I totally swooned. I love sexy virginal men.

Loved that episode!

I also thought about "The Breakfast Club" while watching. Before I even read the 1st post on this thread, I was thinking about what Luka said. Those eyes of his.

I keep thinking it won't be worth watching without Mark Greene, but after seeing that episode, I'm changing my mind.

Ahhhh, Luca!

May I please join the Luca love fest? I wanted to name my second son Luca, but my dh vetoed it. He didn't want our son named after the man I lust after on tv.

I also loved the fact that he was a virgin on his wedding night. My dh and I didn't even meet until we were 25, and although we weren't virgins on our wedding night, we were when we met. We are each others only partners ever. I knew I was saving myself for the man I would marry, but I never dreamed I would find a man who was saving himself for me. I'm so lucky. We are both attractive people, who had many opportunities, and it makes it so special that we waited for each other.

What was up with Carter losing his virginity at 11??? I was waiting for them to go more into how that happened, but it didn't happen.

I must admit that ER is my absolute favorite show. They keep losing charactors, and I think that it won't be as good, but I never even notice that they are gone. Example: Carol who???

I'm very happy to see an ER discussion. I also thought that this was a character building episode because Greene is going to die. I think the writers are trying to make Luka the new male anchor on the show. I have no complaints about that. The army doctor was good too, glad he was included. Carter only wants Abby when she is taken. I think that Abby and Susan are going to become a strong team on the show. This episode also rocked because it was lighter. Didn't have to deal with Greene's family and death, or the other cast's hangups.
