well, for what it's worth, i'm happy to announce that my edd is July 6, 2008!!

, just don't announce it too much if you have lots of annoying relatives and friends - otherwise, you may start getting the aggravating, "What? You still haven't had that baby?" phonecalls, probably starting that same day.

My DD is July 7 too! But I'm always late. So I'm gonna tell people early to mid July.

I am just saying early-mid July....I HATE due dates! because just as yamilee said I have everyone in my family (and I have a HUGE family) from about 37 weeks on asking me EVERYDAY...how are you feeling?, anything yet?! UGH!!

It drives me insane!!

eta:...ok just for the fun of it, I went ahead and calculated my due date...July 3.

You're lucky I'm commiting to July
I don't think they hold much weight when only 3-5% of babies are born on their 'due date'.
I'm telling family I'm due in August!

Well, due date calculators are based on a 28 day cycle and mine are longer than that. According to LMP, I would be due July 4, but based on ovulation I am due July 9.

This is precisely why I don't want to see an OB until the baby has enough time to grow according to the o date. I don't want her freaking out because it is 5 days "behind."

My first son was born 2 days before his EDD and the second one was 3 weeks early. I haven't a clue whether this baby will make it to July or not.

I am actually due June 30th, but I was late with my first so I am sure I won't have this little one until July. I am telling everyone I am due early July. I am so excited to be here!

Well, the calculator shows July 4, but both my other babies came 5 days early...so it may actually be June...we've never birthed in our "due" month before, always the month before. I'd be happy with that trend!

Mine's supposed to be July 4, but I've gone 4, 4, and 11 days over...so I should probably say my date is the 15th!!

i have to agree with the "tell everyone +2 weeks" rule! i went almost 2 weeks over with dd and it was torture to answer the phone. it got to the point where dh's family would make things up just to call him or me and find out if we'd had dd yet.

my edd is july13, but we're telling nosy people end of july just to be safe.
