Has anyone seen/heard of this? I received an email that said that I could get a $25 gift certificate for $3 the only hitch is that I need to spend $35 (or $10) to use it. Anyone done this?

Was it somewhere like the Entertainment book?

resteraunt.com (sp?)

yup. legit. BUT.. more like a coupon . LOt's of things required...depends on the resteraunt

usually something like "receieve $25 off a $40 meal" AND tax/tip is based on before coupon price

Check slickdeals.net for a LONG review/ message mess

So if I make it into a b&w issue is it good or bad?

We use the restaurant.com ones. We redeemed airline miles for $100 of coupons. We use them $25 at a time. We checked first to make sure they work in our area. They do but there are restrictions. Our favorite indian restaurant, it must be used for dinner over $55, then you get $25 off. So we use it and splurge - two appetizers, two entrees, drinks and dessert, tax and tip bring us to about $65, which is only $40 after the coupon - what we would pay for just two entrees for us.

But there are a lot of catches.
