Can someone tell me if this is okay! Twins dropped at 28 weeks, lots of pain/press.

Hi, I would like some advice if at all possible! I am 28 weeks PG w/ twins and so far I thought I was doing well. I haven't had ANY problems at all, babies are doing great. This week, though, babies were extremely active, like they were moving into position. I cannot tell exactly how they are wedged in there right now, but I am pretty srue twin A is head down. I think Friday I noticed that the babies had significantly dropped, but it wasn't that painful. Yesterday I woke up (Friday) and I can barely walk. It takes me like 3-4 steps to get upright when I stand up. THey are literally laying on my hip bones and the pain/pressure is really bad! Should I be worried or is this normal for twins? I have an appt. on Wendsday and will ask my HCP, but I'd really like to know if this is okay or not b/c I am kinda worrying a little bit. This is honestly worse than I ever felt w/ my singleton girls. I have never had the pressure/pain like this. It feels like my belly is just doing to fall thru! I did have some CX today, but they went away when I laid down. They were aprox 7 min, apart for an hour, and have spaced out to once every 20 minutes or more and they are BH, not labor cx. I am taking it easy as much as I can Again, this is nothing like my other 2 pregnancies! Besides the internet the only option I have is to go to L&D and I do NOT want to do that unless absolutely necessary, KWIM?

Advice is welcome!

Around 28 wk is when mine decided to sit on each hip. I'd have BH cx that made me drop to my knees by 32 wk. Not being able to walk was normal by then also. I had tons of BH cx. If they ever got very regular, I'd drink a lot and lay down and they'd go away.

Thank you, MR! I went ahead and called L&D b/c I could NOT believe what I am feeling could possibly be normal, but they told me it was and just to take it easy and lay down a lot. How many more weeks!?!?! I keep telling myself "I can go x more weeks" but honestly it's going to be really hard, especially w/ taking care of my 2 and 4 year olds! Kuddos to you, MR, for making it thru! This is truely a marathon and you made it to the finish line!

yeah, it's a lot harder watching 2 other childern while pregnant w/twins. I'd go week by week surviving till about 36wk. Then it felt like surviving day to day. The last couple of days was like hour by hour LOL. I posted on my blog to my family that I didn't know how much longer I'd be able to survive because I'd had it... babies were born next day!
