Resources for positive cesarean?

I have a good friend who in a few weeks will most likely need to give birth to her first baby via cesarean section. She had wanted an unmedicated vaginal birth, but has a particular kind of cyst, which has grown very large during pregnancy, that could cause very serious problems during labor. She's had the same opinion from a few different doctors. She also would face major surgery to remove the cyst not long after the baby is born, should she opt out of the c-section and have a successful birth. There is some concern about possible malignancy, but it will take surgery to determine that part. It's very worrisome.

I'm looking for resources for her about creating a positive, empowered c-section birth-- chapters in books, websites, anything. Thank you!
