Help me find a pattern please

we are going to a fancy dress party tomorrow(tuesday) and my 6 week old is going as a ballerina. i already made teh dress/tutu and need to makea wrap over top but i can not find a patttern for babies and have no idea where to start. im gonna make it out of pink cotton jersey and make her some soft shoe ballet slippers too.

any one know where i can get a free wrap over baby top sewing patten today? i have to make the top either tonight or tomorrow during the day.
