In case you don't read other forums,I'll intro. I'm Eric and my wife Ashley and I are expecting the 1st of hopefully MANY children. I have a question for you guys: Am I the only one who can't keep their grubby paws of their wife, and can't wait for her to get bigger?

Perfectly natural response. If I wasn't so bagged 24/7, my grubby paws would be on her now... as it is, she (hopefully) appreciates the ogling she receives, since my eyes are about the only part of me that isn't tired.

Naw, you aren't the only one. I wanted to bounce with my wife every day, 2-3-4x per day. There's just something magical about the roundness, the full rack, the knowledge that there is a baby in there... I couldn't keep my hands off of her. If she was standing still, I was touching her.

While some people think she appreciated the attention (me) she says it got a little tedious. But after she went without for a few days, she realized how much she liked it and asked for it back.

I swear - one of these days he is going to get a black eye! He just can't stop touching me - and it's ANNOYING.

I have zero libido - I am big as a house and movement is strenuous - and the last thing I want is someone grabbing me all the time.

I am THANKFUL he only has eyes for me - but I just can't help but want to be left alone!

At least I know I am not alone!

My DH is the same way, and I love it. And my libido has only increased since I got pg...
The sad thing is that he is deployed right now, so we don't see much of each other.
I think it's wonderful that men feel this way about their wives; it is a major confidence boost to hormonal, self conscious, constantly growing women. Enjoy the pregnancy, and I hope your wish for many children comes true!

Sigh. I wish my dh was like this. He cannot stand to touch me once I get to the second trimester. I have a man at work offering me all the time, and I'm really attracted to him.....but I won't do it because I don't want to mess up my home life. It just makes me feel soooooo sad that my husband doesn't want to get near me, and I'm SO FRUSTRATED KWIM?????????? It makes me feel so sad, depressed, frustrated, ugly, disgusting, etc. : I'm soooooo frustrated and sad about this. Any suggestions for feeling better about this?

My DH was very attentive while I was pregnant. The only time I wasn't interested was the last time
However, I always appreciated his interest, because even if I wasn't interested, it made me feel attractive, when I might have been feeling otherwise.

Hubby was the same. But please, be patient with her post birth when she really is NOT interested. It may take a while for her to get her libido back with bfeeding, lack of sleep etc. Still give her attention but make it foot and back rubs if that is what she wants!

My suggestion is he needs therapy from a competent sex therapist. I think its unfair of him to hurt you like this every time you are pregnant. Would it be okay for you to withhold all physical intimacy from him if he gained 40 lbs? Would he accept that? I doubt it. I wouldn't accept this from him. That and for every month he withholds sex from you in pregnancy he doesn't get any once you have gotten back to normal postpartum! That is just messed up! I can understand why you are tempted by the man at work.

Thank goodness my dh is very attracted to me pregnant or not, but I can't imagine him telling he he couldn't stand to touch me regardless just because he is not one to be hurtful on purpose.
