Uterine Prolapse and Miscarriage rate?

Hi -

Does anyone know if uterine prolapse in previous pregnancies are at all linked to miscarriage? Now that my pregnancy is sinking in I'm really excited. Last pregnancy I had uterine prolapse and I'm just hoping it doesn't have anything to do with a baby sticking. Does anyone know?

TIA

When did the prolapse occur? Was it actually in pregnancy, or sometime afterward? Have you had previous miscarriages? I'm no expert, but I don't see why a prolapse would cause a miscarriage, unless it leads to an infection. But the movement doesn't change the shape of the uterus, does it? Just musing here.

It was right after the pregnancy. I have had a couple of very early miscarriages (detected only because I chart and know my symptoms early so took pregnancy tests).
