I was outside calling for my cat to come in and I slipped on the sidewalk and landed on my knee :0(

It hurts ladies, and to make matters worse I strained my back trying to save my belly from going down as well. My knee is skinned and I can not sleep... bad night... baddddddd night!

SOooo sorry to hear this, hope your back feels better soon. I twisted my back at 39 wks and it was terrible sore, but one Tylenol helped it out tremendously (i normally abstain from pain killers). Take care!

I hope you are feeling better! I wish my dog had a cell phone too, she is so deaf that she can't hear me calling her from more than a foot away.

I've fallen like that twice in the past month. About three weeks ago I fell in the drugstore parking lot while walking to my car, and then a week ago I was in a patient's room and tripped on his bathroom rug. Both times I caught myself with a hand and a knee, but that didn't keep the people around me from freaking out. Now I'm just incredibly careful. I hope your back feels better soon! Careful with that, mama!
