Appointments: None. I'm done with appointments for a while.
Symptoms if they apply: None.
Testing: Not unless I have a chart that tells me I'm pregnant.
Thoughts: I saw my OB last week. All my bloodwork came back normal for insulin resistance, and dh's semen analysis came back normal as well. So all I've got to do is get myself ovulating and we can try like normal people. So the plan is, if i go 2 months without a period I will contact the office for prometrium to force a period and reset the cycle. We've got eggies, we've got sperm, now we just have to get them together! She said that I'm not "infertile" I just have "reduced fertility" and it might take a little longer but she's sure I'll get to have kids eventually.
excellent news!

Haha awesome. Well I don't know if anyone here believes in divination, but last weekend a friend of mine did a Tarot card reading for me. He had no clue that I was TTC and he guessed that I was either TTC or pregnant, and that when I do get pregnant he has the feeling I will have a girl (which is totally what I want for my first child). : I was in shock that he guessed I was TTC b/c I gave him no hints whatsoever about it, but the cards that came out hinted at "building a home" and "choosing home/family over other options".

Yeah I'm excited too. But for some reason I keep getting stretchy CM still, but not all day long. Sometimes it's creamy, sometimes watery, and sometimes a bit of stretchy. : Weird.

(Hopefully) My Last Monday Check in:
Name: Kelly
Date: 11/5/07
Where are you at in your cycle: cd33, 16dpo
Appointments: went to the doc for a blood draw last week. results should be in this afternoon. assuming all is well (which it certainly seems like it) we'll be seeing the mw some time in early december
Symptoms if they apply: sore bbs, face breaking out, just feeling generally emotional.
Testing: i think i don't need to poas any more.
Thoughts: i freaked myself out on saturday cause i picked up a super heavy computer monitor and carried it from my car to the house (i know, what was i thinking?), and then a few hours later i was feeling crampy and had a tiny bit of very light brown CM in my undies. so then i came home and poas, and it was a little lighter than the test on wed pm and thurs am (but i had also been drinking a lot all day, so i'm sure my urine was waaayyy more dilute than it had been for the other tests). then i was really freaked out, and i called dh crying, so he told me to turn on a dvd for dd, lay down on the couch, and hang out. he said he'd be home in 45min with dinner.

everything's been fine since then, so i'm sure i just overdid it. i guess i was just thinking that a lot of ppl wouldn't even know they're pg that early, so why couldn't i just go ahead and live life normally at least for 1 more day. lesson learned. no more heavy lifting for me.

i'm really going to miss you all. thanks everyone for all the great company and conversation. i hope i see you all with very very soon!

ETA: it's official...blood work came back

Monday Check in:
Name: Heather
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: CD 13
Appointments: One on Friday, but I want to change offices, so I'll cancel. It's only a pap anyway.
Symptoms if they apply: lots of EWCM
Testing: I'm expecting to O tomorrow, so I should really try to hold out for the 20th, but somehow I know I'll be too impatient.

I'm sure it was lighter because of drinking so much that day. And the baby was probably just getting more snug. STOP lifting heavy things Take care!

Monday Check-in

Name: Connie
Date: 11/5/2007
Where are you in your cycle: CD 29; DPO 7
Appointments: None
Symptoms: Very moody & breaking out. Nothing that can't be attributed to PMS, so I just have to wait it out.
Testing: Between Nov. 13th and 15th. (The 13th is the day I started last cycle. Plus DH will be out of town, so I would have time to figure out a cool way to tell him when gets back)
Thoughts: I'm SOOO glad that I'm showing a clear ovulation pattern. Although I'm getting all my CM now- not when I was O-ing. Its so hard not to get my hopes up when I'm just waiting for either AF or my day to test!

Monday Check in:
Name: Karli
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: CD 139
Appointments: N/A
Symptoms if they apply: N/A
Thoughts: Beyond frustrated, not going to chart anymore. My husband should find out today or tomorrow what day he leaves for Iraq. I'm not going to spend his last days/weeks here obsessing over something that seems to not even be possible at this point. I'll make an OB/GYN appt the beginning of December if I still haven't had a period.
Name: Rochelle
Date: 11/5/2007
Where are you in your cycle: CD 29; About 12DPO
Appointments: None
Symptoms: Moody moody moody, sore boobs (9 days of them now), cramps on and off for the past few days (I don't think I've ever had cramps before AF, but it could be the Vitex) and I'm totally constipated but it could be from the fact that I worked almost 40 hours since Thursday and have eaten like 4 whole meals since then.
Testing: Tested 2 days ago and got a BFN. Only have one test left right now so I'm just going to wait it out. Last month with Vitex, my cycle was on 27 days and I actually took more of it this month (between AF and O) so who knows. I've had a 40 day cycle before so not sure when I'll use the other test...doubt I'll have to.
Thoughts: I think I'm going to start temping this next month. It'll be cycle 7 for us and I always said if I wasn't pregnant by then, that's when I'd start messing with temps.

I'm going to try and go to the chiro today because I've had a backache for about 3 and a half weeks now.

Monday Check in:
Name: Sarah
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: DPO4 - CD22
Appointments: none
Symptoms if they apply: absolutely none
Testing: FF suggest testing next Monday, which would be DPO11, one day after the end of my usual LP, but I'm not going to bother unless my chart and/or body starts giving me signs to change my mind.
Thoughts: It's probably better that I not get pregnant this time around since that would mean morning sickness while writing two papers + lots of travelling for Thanksgiving and Christmas. So this month I'm just hoping for a longer LP.

And congratulations to everyone with +'s!

Monday Check in:
Name: ashley
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: cd9
Appointments: none
Symptoms if they apply: i'm starting to get a bit crampy...i think i might be O'ing soon...early...wierd
Testing: Monday, November 26
Thoughts: DH surgery is the 13th so we have till then. If it doesn't happen this month then the next chance we'll have is probably January's cycle. So if no luck this time i'm going to start charting in december and hopefuly have a pretty good idea about what i'm doing for January. Hello, New Years!

Congrats to all the BFP's!!!
Congrats to the BFP!!!

Name: Jennifer
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: CD32, 13dpo
Appointments: NA
Symptoms if they apply: extremely tired, tingly sore boobs, craving protien & salt, strange cramps, extremely gassy (I've never been this gassy in my life), moodswings

Thoughts: I'm caustiously optimistic. My LP has been 12 days for the last 2 cycles. I have my fingers and toes crossed for tomorrow.

Kidding. I had a few days of extreme gassiness around Halloween but I think it was all the spicy cheese dip I was eating.

Tara - Check out my charts (link in my signature). My BFP this summer didn't show up until 14dpo and even that was faint. I always have a 12 day lp so I knew something was up but the BFP just wouldn't show itself. This time it came much earlier. I think the day of implantation makes the couple days difference but I am not sure. Your chart still looks awesome!

countrybound - Thanks! I am not ready quite yet. I went for a beta draw this afternoon and I got for the second on Wednesday to make sure my betas are doubling. Once I get those results on Thursday I may be ready.

Monday Check in:
Name: Monique
Date: 11/5
Where are you at in your cycle: Day 4 of AF
Appointments: NA
Symptoms if they apply: None
Testing: None
Thoughts: This AF cycle was really strange: no cramps (I suffer from severe ones), no break outs, no overly horiness this time around, no sleepiness. Very strange cycle. I have started to temp so we'll see how it goes this time around.

Thank you! That's really reassuring! Made me feel much better! I guess I'll just keep testing as long as AF stays away. Hopefully my LP won't be longer than 14 days if AF does show. And, better yet, let's hope I get a BFP in the next few days! Thanks for your encouraging thoughts everyone!
