Is there anything I can do with raw whole milk left in the fridge too long?

I have about a quart or so of whole raw milk that's been left in the fridge way too long. One portion has been in there quite a while and another is just barely starting to get that weird sour taste (about a week and a half old I think). I figured I'd post here and see if there's anything I can do with it before I throw it out. Any ideas? Thanks!

Or make cheese!

Bake bread and use the sour milk in place of the liquids.

I have made yogurt with really old milk and it tastes no different than the yogurt I make with week old milk.

Thanks, those sound like great ideas! Does the yogurt taste ok? I've had kefir from the store but when I tried the raw kind it tasted *horrible*! I'm still pretty new to TF. I need to look up making yogurt. I haven't done it before because our stove is not the type with a light in the oven.

How old is too old? For instance, if there's black stuff in there (mold?) is it too old?
