Today's munchables:

breakfast: smoothie (kefir, banana, raw eggs, raspberries, bit of maple syrup), free-range egg, 2 thin slices free-range bacon.

(cup of coffee)

lunch: small bowl of TF-friendly chili, chicken liver paté and carmelized leek sandwich on sourdough bread, mandarin orange.

dinner (will be): leftover chicken and soaked kamut "risotto", with carrots and braised savoy cabbage.

I'm doing really well on the TF end of things but not so well lately with the local eating end of things. Little bit sick of potatoes.

Mmmm ... I love threads like these. They give me ideas!

Breakfast: Coddled Eggs with Herbs, Onion and Tomato Salad, Sourdough Toast with Butter, Parsnips and Apples Sauteed in Butter with a Touch of Maple Syrup

Lunch: Egg Salad, Mixed Lettuces, Tomatoes

Snack: Raw Milk and Dates

Dinner (If all goes according to plan): Roast Beef, Pickled Beets, Mixed Greens with Raw Cider Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Carrots in Butter, Sourdough Bread

Sprouted spelt porridge, raw cream, butter, a tiny bit of brown sugar. Dried cranberries. Cup of coffee with raw cream.

a sandwich on rye onion bread, with home-ade pate, mayonaise,avocado, and some turkey. Kombucha, sauerkraut.

cup of raw milk organic cocoa.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Egg fried in lard
Lunch: hot sausage and veggies with whole wheat pasta
Snack (outside - went shopping): 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, couple bites greek salad, 1/2 cup onion soup, cup of fresh mixed fruit
Dinner: giant bowl of chicken vegetable brown rice soup made with homemade bone broth
Snack: heirloom popcorn with coconut oil, butter, and sea salt
Other: CLO, water kefir, strawberry/banana/raw honey milk kefir smoothie

Today:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, 1 slice wild king salmon lox, red onions sauteed in bacon grease
Lunch: BLT made with sprouted spelt bread and homemade mayo
Snack (outside - went shopping): 1/2 order of lamb kebab with steamed basmatic rice and bit of side salad
Other: CLO, water kefir, strawberry/banana/raw honey milk kefir smoothie
Dinner: most likely sushi outside (been a long weekend)
