Today's munchables:
breakfast: smoothie (kefir, banana, raw eggs, raspberries, bit of maple syrup), free-range egg, 2 thin slices free-range bacon.

lunch: small bowl of TF-friendly chili, chicken liver paté and carmelized leek sandwich on sourdough bread, mandarin orange.
dinner (will be): leftover chicken and soaked kamut "risotto", with carrots and braised savoy cabbage.
I'm doing really well on the TF end of things but not so well lately with the local eating end of things.
Little bit sick of potatoes.
