Getting into a rut . . . help please

I'm getting into a dinner rut here. Same things every week or two. It's boring. Please help me !

We're a family of 5 :

Myself
DH (a green-thing avoider, doesn't like onions or mushrooms or spicy stuff)
DS1 (anaphylactic food allergies : dairy, egg)
DD
DS2

We have a weekly food budget of ~ $100
We do eat meat

HELP please.

What are you currently eating? Might give us an idea of the types of things you like. Also check out that "whats on your menu this week/month" threads on here, they have lots of good ideas!

Make a list of all of the recipes that they will eat, and put that onto a rotation. Then leave one or two blanks a week to try new recipes.

For those two recipes, figure out what meat you want, then google it, or pull out your cookbooks and find something you think wouldn't be a stretch for them to like.
