WOW that's awesome! Hooray for your body really knowing what to do! And extra hoorays for getting to be fast forwarded into the 2nd trimester!
I have the same problem with high blood pressure in a doctors office, so when they are taking it I try really hard to relax and just focus on my breathing, and when it was bad I would keep a log and show them that I was okay. I'm a little better now, I always get the same nurse and she's so calming for me. But I still know that it's a little higher than normal for me, but it's still in the normal range for them.
