I'm thinking about having a doula for baby #2. What questions should I ask when interviewing?

I think the biggest thing about initial interviews is to figure out if her personality is what you want at your birth. You can have a very experienced doula who answered all the questions right and has glowing references but if she isn't the right fit for you, you don't want her at your birth.

I agree- I think it's more about clicking with the right person (who also knows what they're doing) than going through a strict interview process.
