just what is an Eco-Artist???

Ok, I'm thinking I can call myself one, but then again, I don't want to make myself a 'self proclaimed' eco-artist and not really be one. What makes one an eco-artist? I'll tell you what I do and you be the judge. I do eco-friendly custom painting: murals, faux finishing, and also I rescue unwanted furniture from going to the dump, clean it up, repaint it, customize it, all with eco-friendly paints and whatnot, and then it's as good as new...maybe even a tad better

so, could I call myself an ECO artist? or what???

thanks!

I have no clue what you're talking about, so I'll say "sure! why not!"

I thought eco-artists were artists who made sculptures from objects directly in their environment- stone spirals on the beach, that sort of ephemeral art. But you sound like An Artist With A Conscience. I'll bet your work is fantastic. Artists with good souls usually are.

gee, thanks I am going to have a table at a baby/child fair next weekend...I hope I get some business! I haven't really been putting a lot into the business side of my business (hmmm) so it's slacking, but with 2 kids it's different than with 1... we shall see how this goes I like painting, but I hate business...how can you marry the two?!?!? so that it'll work? I'm just too all over the place
