I lost it this morning!

I'm still about three weeks away from my due date, but there's been some suspicion around the MW's office that I may go early with this one. My blood pressure is creeping up, so it would probably be a good thing to get everything moving along, but it's kind of scary when I thought I had about twenty more days to go.

I've been lurking around here lately, a little low because of the BP, which was a huge issue for us last time. I'm supposed to go into the centre every two days for a NST and BP check.

DH and I are a little bummed that the more recreational methods of natural induction are now out.

I'll keep everyone posted!

So no natural help w induction because of the plug that's gone or because they wanna keep you preggers a bit longer? I guess I am just a bit slow today but didn't quite understand what you meant.

That's all I'm whining about. I may be leaking some fluid, so I'll get that checked out.

Why no sex though? Is it because of the higher BP? Do they have you on partial bedrest? My mw's want me on partial bedrest because of my higher blood pressure lately. We'll be having plenty of "recreation" though when dh gets here (as long as baby hasn't come) whether I'm on partial bedrest or not. It's been 6 months!

Yeah , Monica. I am wishing you luck and that you BP stays down, too. I went into a labor a week after I started losing my plug. But I didn't lose it all at once. So, maybe soon, you will have your babe in your arms!!!!!!

I thought I was leaking amniotic fluid today but I was wrong...so the recreation can continue. Good!

With dd I went into labor 2 weeks after I lost my plug. But... I was not leaking fluid. I was still DTD about once a day at that point.

Two weeks? Eek. I was hoping things would get moving around here.

I lost my mucous plug with DD about 5-7 days before my water broke. Strong contractions started a few hours after that.
