I really highly doubt that it's a traditional fat, but...I'm still trying to find a liquid oil to use that my DD can tolerate (she can't do coconut or EVOO). Some sources say it's fine to use as long as it's high oleic, and some say it's a fragile oil and is probably rancid by the time you buy it. So is it okay...or not?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Why do you want a liquid oil in particular?
I think when you're dealing with multiple food allergies, sometimes you need to make compromises in other areas of nutrition. She's better off with a lower quality oil that she's not allergic to, rather than a healthy traditional fat and an allergic reaction.
