Fit/Sizing: Fits great, baby is very comfy at 4.5 mos, easy to adjust to my size or dh, who is larger. Can be worn front or back.
Performance: Excellent. Easy to use, comfortable, easy to care for, pretty to look at. I could not be happier.
Workmomship: Very well made.
Customer Service/Communication: I did not buy this one but I have dealt with peppermint.com as a consumer and have been very happy with their products and sales. Excellent website and customer service.
