Silly DH

DD is 8 mo and I haven't really needed to pump often...granted I know how it's done!

Today I was relaxing reading a book and pumping, but it was taking awhile for let down. I mumbled something about it taking forever, and DH came over and thoroughly examined the pump. When I asked him what he was doing, he informed me he was gonna fix the pump since it obviously wasn't working properly... Then a bit later, after my milk had actually started flowing, he called out from the sofa, you're trying too hard!

Gotta give him credit for caring, right?

Good for your DH

When we went on vacation, I forgot a part to my Isis. I wanted to play a round of golf w/DH (all the grandparents came with us, love to babysit, and DS loves them!) so I ran to Walmart and bought a $10 evenflow pump. Well, I couldn't figure the ^&*% thing out for the life of me...DH examined the directions, and proudly put together my pump! Of course, I left one part in the sink when we left our hotel room, so the cheap pump is dead...oh well, I have my Isis at home and my Ameda at work (and a hospital one if I ever get truly desparate!)
