which direction for PUL?

I am actually going to sew a wet bag (with a zipper) for a friend. I have some green PUL that I will use. It doesn't match the blue camo fabric I am using for the outside and was wondering if it matters if i put the white side facing the fabric or if it can be showing (as the inside lining of the bag) it doesn't really matter since it will be the inside, but still!

also, any suggestions for making it? i was just going to stitch a rectangle bag with a zipper for closure.

TIA

There's a link in the second sticky to a tutorial for making a wetbag with a zipper.

If by the "white side" you mean the laminated side, it doesn't really matter which way it is facing. People generally put the laminated side "in" (hidden by fabric) in dipe covers so that it's not touching the baby. But if you don't think the green matches the outside fabric, you can put the laminate out. Just tell your friend to be careful not to toss any diaper pins or anything that might puncture the laminate in the bag
