Tandum Nursing Mantras

I'm just a few weeks into a tandum nursing relationship and need something to calm my mind and body when I've got two little ones latched on. The sensation of both my nipples being tugged on feels as though it could drive me off a cliff sometimes! I'm calming myself by watching my beautiful ds gently stroke and pat his sister. Maybe something I could chant or hum might also help... Like
warm milk
breathe
sweet sweet babies

What do you tandum nursing mammas do to calm your nerves?

Thanks... I just get an uneasy trapped feeling when I'm putting everything I have into being patient for the couple of minutes that ds needs to nurse...

Any experience when the older nursling cuts back to pre-baby feedings?

Please tell me it's only a few weeks...
