No baby for me :0(

well such a long story... here is the synopsis.

I get there, they get me on a monitor and an I.V. They start to prep me for my c-section and the nurse notices my band aid on my foot. She asks what it is and I tell them it is a blood blister.

They look at it and then they say I need to go to the E.R downstairs and have it looked at. So I go down to the E.R and there like, well we cant do anything with it. It should have no effect on your c-section and they send me back up to Labor and Delivery.

I get back up there... and I lose my O.R!! I am so beyond PISSED about it! Now I am rescheduled for Friday at 10:30..... 2 more days :0(

how WEIRD! they have you go down to ER for a BLOOD BLISTER!?!?! : what kind of place is this??? wow that is kind of scary larry... wtf did they THINK it was? wow... and then to lose your c-sec appt when you thought you'd be holding baby tonight!?!?! how uncool! is it possible for you to birth baby vaginally? maybe baby will just start comin' before friday...???

Wow, how odd. I'm sorry. I was so afraid you were posting some tragedy. I'm very glad it was just a blood blister and 2 more days to wait for baby. But sounds terribly frustrating. I'm sorry.

we are all pretty upset still. I am going to try some eggplant tonight. maybe this is all a sign no have my VBAC after all. either way I will be holding my son by this weekend so there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Yikes, PB, I thought for sure that something terrible happened to your baby. I'm glad that it's just that your c/s got postponed! I know it's frustrating, but maybe you'll go into labor before then! Good luck, I'll be thinking of you on Friday.

Enjoy dinner, it sounds good but as I am trying to keep mine in.... LOL

I would have been so mad at who ever sent me to get the toe looked at. I really might have sat on the person and not moved till they got me a spot! you can not go around promising someone a baby this far along and then mess it up! I am blessed to not need such medical stuff, but would have been so mad if I did and they messed with it!

That sucks. They probably did think it was a MRSA blister. That seems to be the issue everywhere right now. But you'd think they'd figure a way into the O.R. since it was their problem!

Well maybe you'll get your VBAC after all. At the very least you'll be holding your baby tomorrow, right?
