DD (4yo) and I talk about appropriate and inappropriate touching in a casual manner. She likes me to quiz her on the rules about different things - like what would you do if you couldn't find mommy in a store etc... Well, today we were talking about the fact that no one is allowed to touch your 'gina and if anyone asks you to touch their 'gina or peanut (her words) what do you say?

So, I asked her what she would do in such and such situation.......... She says "I would say NO and tell my mommy" OK, so we go through several situations.

Next she says "Mommy, what would you do if Daddy wanted to touch your 'gina?" I'm trying to figure out the answer to that one and don't answer right away so she very exasperatedly says "MOM!!! You need to tell Daddy NO and then come and tell me!!!!"

I agree, a great story. But what was your answer? My almost three yr old asked me if I touch my dp's penis the other day and I was clueless(though I was tempted to say, " Not much since you came around...").

I didn't have to answer - Thank Heaven!!! We were picking up my other DD so we were getting out of the car and she was totally distracted.
