woolly nylon/serging help

HELP~
I am trying to serge around the edges of my first fitted diaper and I can't get the tension right.
I tried to take a picture of my sample that shows that some of the threads aren't catching, but the woolly nylon is light blue and the material is yellow.
Maybe I will try later on some darker material, since I am just testing.

Is my mistake using woolly nylon for all four threads? Will I never get it right that way?
I need some experienced advice... how do I set the tensions so that all the threads are catching?

Thanks

Wooly Nylon should only be used for the loopers, not in the needles.

read your instruction booklet. On my machine, it is only recommended to use wooly nylon in one of the four thread options
yours may be different.

DUH!
I guess I just ASSumed that diaper makers were ignoring that suggestions.
I went and looked at some of the diapers I have more closely...

Thanks a bunch!

As the others said, woolly nylon should only be used in the loopers. Also, the tension should be set pretty low (0 or 1). I find 1 works best on my machine.
