....because of lack of internet access and a broken computer. Checking in just in time to hear all the birth stories and see the pictures of cute new babies. Yay!
Still over two weeks from my due date here. Midwife checked dilation on Monday and found it to be 1 cm but 3 cm closer to the cervix. She said its almost shaped like a "cone" right now. I'm thinking it will still be awhile before I deliver. I'm pretty sure I walked around dilated to 3 for 2 weeks with my last baby. I'll be birthing at the local hospital's birthing center where they have really cool jacuzzi tubs, but alas, not water births allowed. I'm wondering what will happen if I just darn refuse to get out of it in order to push....
My midwife wanted me to be a "test case" for the hospital's first water birth but the hospital director was having none of that.
: Makes me wish I would've gone for the homebirth instead.
