Epo & Rrl

Okay, I know this has to be here somewhere, but I can't find it. There are references to these two things all over the place! :

I'm currently taking two EPO capsules each morning and two RRL capsules each afternoon. I believe the EPO = 1000 mg (each capsule is 500 mg) and the RRL = 1920 mg (each capsule is 960 mg). I'm just over 37 weeks, so I don't want to push it until next week.

But what have you found or what has been recommended to you? I'm content with whenever this babe wants to come, but I know both help in labor (my L & D with DD was excellent). I just can't remember what was recommended to me last time.

Thanks for your help!

As far as I know RRL is a uterine tonic, but doesn't act to induce labor. I drink quite a bit of it daily and my midwife told me that it does not act as an induction technique.

I've heard of EPO tablets inserted to induce labor, but don't know anything more about it, it's effectiveness, safety, etc.
