You asked for it, knitting projects

These are just the two that I wrapped up over the weekend and last night. The dang dog chewed through my sz 6 straight needles or I'd be 1/2 way done with a matching red pair of booties to go with the hat.

On the list next are:

red booties (for the hat set), this is a gift for a friend
green and blue-grey hat (to match the booties)
green blanket (to complete the set)

I have a TON of this o-wool balance laying around from a co-op and am loving it.

Kelli. I never got around to longies. Have done a few soakers in NB size, but with as long as this babe seems determined to bake, I wonder if s/he will be too big when born. Ah well, I can always gift those too if needed.

I have a half-finished baby blanket (that I started for someone else's child... who is now 1), and I was thinking about knitting some this week, but couldn't bear the idea of buying supplies for something new when I still had something unfinished hanging around.

With 1-3 weeks left to go, I think I'm going to knit something for myself! I just came across a pattern for a neckwarmer that made me realize that scarves and slings might not necessarily go together!
