What nicknames do you call your baby?

Mine is Monkeyhead, Grinchy Face, and Birdie, depending on his/my mood.

my 10 yr old dd calls him "dude" or "boy" (as in "hey boy/dude, how are you doing") and "cutie" -she calls him cutie so much that my fil is telling her she owes him a dollar every time she says he is cute (it IS obnoxious to hear it over and over and over ... lol)

dh calls him "sluggler" and "grumps"

I usually say "my little man" or "sweetheart" or "super pooper" (he poops non stop ...lol)

our parents call him "Danny Boy"

Nothing has really *stuck* yet

Our 3 other kids have nicknames that have stuck and now EVERYONE (even close family friends) call them by those nicknames- we have Kris Clueless or KC (long story), Allie Baba and Jenny Bear

I call Ellen "Elly Roo,"Sqeaky", or "Grunt Monkey," depending on my mood and the noises she is making... dh just calls her "Boo."

Nothing has really stuck for her either, not like "Sofie Bean" did for Sofia at about five days old.

Totally understand that!!

I started calling Judah "Judah Bear," and now my DH and kids call him that, too. My boys mostly say, "Hiii, JuuuDAH!" Ah, yes, the affections of a 3yo! The constant refrain is liable to drive me batty. :

Umm... Other terms of endearment... Boo, or Judah-Boo, and some of your standard stuff like Little One, Little Bit, Sweet Boy, etc.

Jackson is sometimes called...

One Eyed Jack the Pirate Baby (he had a goopy eye for a while, clogged tear duct, and it would stick when he woke up.. sometimes if he is just waking up, he still opens one eye to look at ya!)
The Frog Prince (when he wears outfits with frogs on them, or when he is curled up like a frog)
Jack-in (Felicity has always called him this)
Jack-Jack (from the Incredibles)

Little Man, Tiny Boy, Tiger, Baby Love, Son...

We call dd Bean, Bug, Luvie, Precious Girl and Monkey (well, those are the commonly used names)

When my parents were visiting my Dad called her squeek because she makes noises- especially when waking up (we call it her 10 minute stretch).

I call Anabel either Milky Face, pumpkin, or Pup (everyone has commented on how when she starts to do her pathetic cry she sounds like a puppy).

12 yr old is "D" short for Cody (2 yr old DD 1 named him) and DD1 is Boo (started as bubbles and somehow mutated) but so far we just call Victoria Tori I guess because her preplanned nickname still seems wierd and I just want to say it until we are comfortable with it.

we call ds pretty simple things like "little man" and "buddy". he is the first boy out of 5 girls in my family, so we're all about affirming his gender!!
also, his belly button was getting a little gross waiting for the umbilical cord to fall off, so for a while, he was also "smelly button", lol!!

I call Laynie LaynieBug or just Bug, or Chunky Monkey. DH calls her Babyboo or LaynieBug when he thinks I am not listening.
