me too, along with nipple stim. my water broke around 2:30 am with dd, and i got into an early labor pattern within a few hours, and then it petered out (i was exhausted b/c i had been too excited to sleep after my water broke!) mid afternoon. i took a nap, drank some cumin tea and did nipple stim for about 20 minutes, and i was in active labor shortly after that. i had her at 8:15pm. active labor was about. . . . 2 hours?? maybe 3.

Update: Mathilde was born at 1:23PM on November 10, almost 34 hours after my water broke. 7lbs 15 oz and 20 inches tall! We stayed in the hospital an extra night to monitor for infection, but we're both fine. Now we're getting to know each other and learning to breastfeed. I'll write the birth story eventually. Thanks for all the labor vibes & support!

Congratulations Dee and welcome baby Mathilde! What a pretty name. I wanted Matilda for a girl this time but couldn't quite do it because DH's nephew is Matthew (well, and we had a boy).
