I made it!

To 36 weeks that is. Not a moment too soon either because I got some really gnarly braxton hicks last night that I thought could be the real thing. Happy that its not, but relieved that I've at least made it this far.

Oh and my midwife got back on Wednesday night meaning that we won't ever have to deal with randomdoc again.

So we may have a baby this weekend. Or not. What do I know.

Yes, Matt came at 35 weeks 4 days with no warning. Now they're doing sonograms with sono cervical checks every Monday. My amniotic fluid is mildly low so I'm still on bedrest and I'm thinking bedrest will end on Tuesday night once I see my mw.

I'm just so thrilled, but yes, hoping to make it a little longer. I'd love to go into labor next Friday or later which would be 37 weeks, but I know I'm going to have contractions if I go off of bedrest because it seems like if I just over do it a little I get BHs. We're calling last night's BHs the "early warning" because they were pretty strong and I'm still feeling a bit of pressure.

I *think* baby may have dropped more, but its hard to tell when your entire torso is maybe a foot. Being short and pregnant is interesting...

Congratulations! I'm so excited for you! I know what a big deal this is... My dd1 was a 32 weeker and I've worked really hard to get to 37 weeks in my subsequent pregnancies.

AWESOME JOB, Mama!
