i had an epural ... and one of he common side effects of them, or spinals for CS, is a head ache -- they can be bad, or not so bad, mine was merely botherson

her advice ....
a lot of fliud ... even more than you'd expect for nurseing
carbonation .. be it soda or water .. the bubbles have a way of helping
if all else fails.
