oh i sure hope so. i mean i have done little bits of nesting but as most of you know i've had to uproot and transplant several times now... well it looks like we are getting into another condo (in the same resort) that is not only $300. less per month, but is MUCH BIGGER. its a one br and has a huge living room and so forth...we just saw the inside and wow, we love it!!! and i think the bed in the bedroom is a KING size. and its a new bed!!! i almost fell off when i scooted off it as i was sitting on it, its so high! 
got a chuckle out of my mama and meghy too...which is always fun... megh was so excited looking around in there... it has a head rail/foot rail on the bed (right now we have a murphy bed) so i can labor w/ that if i wanted to...and a separate bedroom where this bed is so i could close the door and labor in the living room if megh was sleeping...w/out waking her hopefully... (we co sleep) and oh there are 2 recliners...one is a rocker too. it is so much more spacious and it is really cute! already decorated...huge brick mantel for my many framed photos and art of meghan's....oh yeah baby, bring it on! mama is sooo ready to settle into her nest! the guy who owns it is totally down for renting to a long term renter but he has a contract w/ a property management company who rents for vacationers and i guess december is a big ski/rental month so they aren't too thrilled w/ losing the big money they charge for that...but the owner as i said would prefer a long term renter in there...i'm sure he'd probably even pay whatever fee he'd have to to get out of a short term cash boost from december vacationers to have us in there. i'm so happy! i'll let u know if we definitely have it! he told my mom we can start moving in tomorrow if we want... wooooop! wooooop!
