My Water Broke - Panic Question!

It was really pink, and there was a lot of it, including at least one blood clot. Is that just my mucus plug, or is something wrong? I'm not really having contractions, but I'm quite crampy.

I'm excited and scared!

Could be that it was mixed with mucous plug, but you might want to call your HCP to be sure.

Sounds like it just carried some plug with it and I have read the fluid can actually be colors and not clear and it be fine as long as it is not greenish or brownish.......

Thanks ladies. That's kind of what I figured. I called my MW and she said the same thing. It's still pretty pink, but no more clots so far.

I'm having contractions pretty often, but they don't seem too serious yet. Gonna try to get a little more sleep.
