Are these the same???The price seems so much cheaper but I want to make sure I'm getting the same quality! It says the manufacturer is medline and the item number matches up, but I'm just so skeptical!

When you order from Amazon, make sure you check the *actual* shipping. That's where they usually get you in price, especially when ordering from multiple companies through Amazon.

It looks like this will be about $7.95 for shipping the one item to continental US.

Yup, be sure it's the same seller via Amazon or else you are shipping from multiple locations/sellers and paying more in shipping fees.
