Today my life feels like http://youtube.com/watch?v=jbHn1Pgj6Zk

(Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become)

What is your current or life theme song?

My life-theme song is WAY cheesey, but hey, so am I. :

It's "Flashdance-- What a Feeling" by Irene Cara-- yeah, I know. It came out the year I was born.

And my theme song for right now would be "So Small" by Carrie Underwood. 'Cause, you know. Love is all that really matters.

The Beatles. They have been with me through every stage of my life and helped me through very hard times. In my pre-Church days (I only started going to church in 2004) they were my only source of friendship besides my parents. We're like war buddies bonded together for life.

My current theme song seems to be Goodbye Yellow Brick Road by Elton John.

Overall I'd go for Sound And Vision by David Bowie, though.

Pink - Don't Let Me Get Me

Right now it's Fluorescent Adolescent by the Arctic Monkeys

I especially like this part...

You used to get it in your fishnets
Now you only get it in your night dress
Discarded all the naughty nights for niceness
Landed in a very common crisis
Everything's in order in a black hole
Nothing seems as pretty as the past though
That Bloody Mary's lacking a Tabasco
Remember when he used to be a rascal?

kitsune, ive never heard that name, but im pretty sure i have heard the song, i heard it playing while reading the lyrics...how weird!

and ive been mostly into no doubt, and evanescence with some pink and avril throw in. i really like "Simple Kind of Life" and "Bathwater" by no doubt right now, though...
and "Hate that I Love You" is a song i like a lot as well.

i dont really have a song for my life as a whole, but these 4 artists/bands sum up most of it, ive had loss/ hurt issues for my entire life so they fit.

"My Own 2 Hands" Ben Harper (or whoever sang it first)

"waiting on the world to change"
John Mayer
"Daughters"

And btw-because I am pregnant, ALL of those songs can make me cry uncontrolably at any random time.

Try the version of Own two hands off of the curious george soundtrack. It makes me bawl every time and I don't have a prego excuse

"God Sends" Peter Murphy

Tori Amos usually hits the nail right on the head for me.

Big Girls Don't Cry-Fergie is the theme of the moment.

Higher Ground RHCP too.

"Clocks" by Coldplay is my personal life anthem. (LOVE Coldplay!!)

Quite a few Goo Goo Dolls songa* make the cut as well.

*Professer Singa Lotta Songa is from the Wiggles.
However, I was aiming for "songs". Typo Queen.
