Prizes at Birthday Parties

Ds is turning 6 and having a police themed birthday party at home. One of the activities we are doing is playing pin the badge on the policeman. My dh made an incredible policeman with my ds's head on it at work. We are going to blindfold the kids and see who can pin the badge closest to the badge on the policeman. Each kids badge will say officer "kids name" and when the game is over they get to keep the badge. My question is should there be a prize for the "winner"? This is the only game like that we are playing. The other activities are a pinata, craft, playing red light green light, freeze dance and a visit from some police officers.

Hilarious!

I don't think you should have a prize for the winner. I would do no prize, or prizes for everyone.

Donuts!

How about a tiny notepad and pencil/marker/crayon for writing "tickets?" Each person will get one after their turn.
